Targeted Mailings – For the 2016 Plano show we mailed over 198,000 tickets and invitations to the top engineering, purchasing, production, and quality managers throughout the State of Texas. Multiple mailings go out to our in-house database, which consists of thousands of past registrants and attendees. In Addition, we mail to readers of over 40 of the top manufacturing, design, production, and quality publications.
Email – Weekly emails are sent to over 5,000 names throughout Texas from our in-house database of past attendees. The email content keeps attendees updated on who will be exhibiting, educational seminars, the latest technologies they’ll find at the show, and show logistics. In addition to our in-house database we rent thousands of names from the most targeted and current email lists in the industry.
