Show Promotion:

AmCon exhibitors tell us time and time again that they meet the highest quality prospects they’ve ever seen at any trade show. 93% of AmCon attendees are top level engineering, purchasing, production  and corporate managers who are directly involved in buying contract manufacturing and job shop services. How do we attract so many high-level engineers and buyers to the AmCon Shows?

Direct Mail:

thousands of tickets and invitations are mailed to the top engineering, purchasing, production, and quality managers within a 150 mile radius. Multiple mailings go out to our in-house database, which consists of thousands of past registrants and attendees. In addition, we mail multiple times to readers of over 40 of the top manufacturing, design, production, and quality publications. These readers receive up to 4 different mailings within 5 weeks of the show.

Email:

We send multiple emails to thousands of engineers and buyers to our own database promoting the show and the free educational seminars that run in conjunction with the show. All of these emails provide a link to the AmCon website and the up-to-date exhibitor list. In addition to our own database we also rent industry publication email lists which we send out multiple times the week before the show.

Print Advertising, Press Releases and Public Relations:

The shows are advertised in a variety of national and regional manufacturing publications and association websites that target engineers and buyers in the region. Press releases are sent to industry publications in each show region highlighting who and what they will see at the show and the seminar program.

Internet:

Every piece we mail and email directs attendees to www.AmConShows.com which receives over 100,000 visitors per year.  We also provide a Free Link to Your Website. Every exhibitor receives a 5-month link from www.AmConShows.com direct to their website.  Unlike many other trade shows, this valuable publicity is free of charge. We also give you the option to list any or all of your company’s social media sites.

The Show Preview:

The Show Preview is emailed to everyone who pre-registers for the show. It includes a list of seminars, services & exhibitors, giving you the most exposure leading up to the show.  Attendees come to the show with the Show Preview in hand looking for specific companies who can help them with their production and design needs. They often come with blueprints in hand.

Value-added Educational Component:

Only AmCon Shows offer these value-added educational seminars free of charge. Thousands of engineering, purchasing, production and quality professionals attend the AmCon seminar program that runs in conjunction with each show. Topics include NEW cutting-edge technology, supplier negotiations, and a variety of manufacturing process. Seminar presenters are viewed by attendees as experts in their industry, giving additional credibility and visibility to the exhibiting company.

“Evites”:

Each exhibitor receives a personalized PDF invitation to send to their customers and prospects letting them know that they will be exhibiting in the show. HTML invitations are also available for those who prefer that format. We will also send out a personalized email to our database highlighting your company’s participation in the show.

Pre-registered Attendee Call Reminders:

A week before each show we call hundreds of registered engineers and/or buyers reminding them of the upcoming show with all the event details.

Prospect List:

After the show, upon request, we will provide you with a list of prospects who pre-registered for the show looking for your services but were not able to attend.

Social Networking:

AmCon has gone social! Hundreds of exhibitors and attendees follow us on LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube and Twitter to get the latest show updates.
